Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an immaculate and well experienced Night Duty Manager to oversee the running of a super high end, luxury residential apartment development in Belgravia.

Job Description:

- The Night Duty Manager will be the second most senior person on site after the General Manager; they will manage the front of house team in the evenings and at night and that team will be the first point of contact for all residents and guest arrivals and requests.
- Ensure each team member delivers unparalleled levels of service for all residents and their guests and always make the site feel like their home, offering a selection of drinks to residents if they are waiting in the communal areas or using one of the open communal spaces.
- Oversee and assist with any transportation bookings (private cars, planes, helicopters), restaurant bookings and theatre bookings, referring any significant lifestyle requests to the head office.
- Manage and monitor contractors and building works that may be taking place and to ensure all Health and Safety measures are being adhered to at all times.
- Assist with a detailed handover at the end of each night shift to ensure continuity of service at all times.
- Liaise with the General Manager, Site Engineer and Property Manager on any site and / or maintenance issues and follow up accordingly in a timely professional manner.
- Monitor, coach and mentor all members of the site team to maximise their effectiveness and ensure they perform to the best of their abilities and carry out their daily duties as required.
- Conduct site team inductions, training, staff reviews and appraisals when required and in line with the managing agents guidelines while ensuring that all employees follow property and company policies and regulations relating to fire, hazards, health and safety and security.
- Ensure the punctuality and appearance of all employees, making sure they wear the correct uniform and maintain an exemplary standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

Experience Requirements:

- Must have Night Supervisor / Manager experience gained in ultra-high-end hospitality market, private residence preferred; experience gained from a similar role or environment required
- High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills of benefit
- Full, clean and current driver's license held for over 2 years / Right to work in the UK
