What you'll be doing:

• Managing a personal portfolio of top-tier residential developments with regular on-site presence

• Running service charge budgets, reviewing financials quarterly, and ensuring effective cost recovery

• Overseeing site compliance and the smooth running of day-to-day operations across all buildings

• Collaborating with on-site staff, handling lease compliance, and leading on planned maintenance projects
