Resident Manager - London
We are currently recruiting for a Resident Manager position based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional who excels in customer service and is passionate about creating a positive living environment for residents.
Role Overview:
As a Resident Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both current and prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the initial enquiry through to move-out. Key responsibilities include maintaining high occupancy rates, preparing properties to a high standard, and ensuring resident satisfaction across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main customer-facing representative for residents, managing their experience from enquiry to move-out.
- Conduct property viewings and handle the reservation and onboarding process.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure properties are maintained at high standards, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Oversee the move-out process, including deposit release and utility management.
- Support resident events and day-to-day office operations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and data in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ARLA or equivalent property qualification (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable).
- Proven track record in customer service within lettings or property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems such as Yardi.
