Resident Manager - Maidenhead
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Manager for a full-time permanent position in Maidenhead. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Role Overview:
As a Resident Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all current and prospective residents, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience from their first enquiry through to a sustained and enjoyable residency. You will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels, preparing properties to the highest standards, and ensuring resident satisfaction across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main customer-facing representative for all residents, managing their experience from move-in to move-out.
- Conduct property viewings and manage the reservation process.
- Ensure properties are maintained to high standards through regular inspections and addressing maintenance issues.
- Manage the move-out process, including deposit release and utility billing.
- Support resident events and experiences, and assist with office operations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and data in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ARLA or equivalent property qualification (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable).
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service in lettings or property management.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and property management systems like Yardi.
