Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting with workspace tours, managing day-to-day member requests, and supporting sales efforts by showcasing available spaces. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the workspace is welcoming and professionally presented.

  • Engage with current and potential members to build strong community connections, addressing any needs and fostering a supportive environment.

  • Support workspace tours for prospective members and assist with sales by promoting additional services and space features.

  • Plan and host networking and social events to strengthen member relationships and attract potential clients, contributing to a vibrant community culture.

  • Work with the Community Manager to ensure smooth transitions for new members, oversee workspace upkeep, and recommend improvements to enhance the environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Strong background in customer service, ideally in a reception, hospitality, or community-focused role, with a focus on providing a high level of client care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse community and build lasting relationships.

  • Organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing daily tasks efficiently and maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment.

  • Ability to assist with sales-related tasks, including workspace tours and promoting additional services, demonstrating a proactive approach to member engagement.

  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude, ready to support both individual responsibilities and overall team goals, including event support and occasional administrative duties.
