Salary: £28,000 plus a discretionary yearly bonus
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

The company is searching for a Front of House professional to support daily operations and enhance the member experience within a flexible workspace. This role is key in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a connected community, and maintaining high workspace standards.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting with workspace tours, managing day-to-day member requests, and supporting sales efforts by showcasing available spaces. The role also involves organising networking events, creating community-focused content, and helping to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment that aligns with brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the workspace is welcoming and professionally presented.
Engage with current and potential members to build strong community connections, addressing any needs and fostering a supportive environment.
Support workspace tours for prospective members and assist with sales by promoting additional services and space features.
Plan and host networking and social events to strengthen member relationships and attract potential clients, contributing to a vibrant community culture.
Work with the Community Manager to ensure smooth transitions for new members, oversee workspace upkeep, and recommend improvements to enhance the environment.
Desired Experience:
Strong background in customer service, ideally in a reception, hospitality, or community-focused role, with a focus on providing a high level of client care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse community and build lasting relationships.
Organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing daily tasks efficiently and maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment.
Ability to assist with sales-related tasks, including workspace tours and promoting additional services, demonstrating a proactive approach to member engagement.
Flexible team player with a positive attitude, ready to support both individual responsibilities and overall team goals, including event support and occasional administrative duties.
