Role Overview

Step into a key leadership role within a growing Build to Rent (BTR) operator, managing an exciting portfolio for a major residential investor.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will oversee daily operations, nurture client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service across multiple sites. From mobilization to leasing, estate management to compliance, and financial optimization, you'll drive results while ensuring outstanding standards for both residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management of a nationwide BTR portfolio.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational reporting to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Drive the successful mobilization of new sites while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site inspections.
  • Oversee escalated complaints and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
  • Develop and mentor a team of senior managers, facilities teams, and estate staff.
