Our client, a well-established and respected Letting & Management organisation founded in 1989, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Property Manager to join their management department. With a unique approach to rental services and a strong presence as one of London's leading Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, our client works closely with Local and Central Government to fulfill emergency housing needs. The Role
The Property Manager will oversee a range of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the management department. Key duties include:
- Monitoring daily rent payments and managing follow-ups.
- Handling maintenance inquiries and safety certifications (gas/electric).
- Organizing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy check-outs.
- Managing property licensing applications.
- Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices, and managing court applications for possession.
- Attending court hearings and assisting with locksmith/client arrangements for bailiff appointments.
- Cross-selling services across Sales, Lettings, and Property Management.
- Maintaining service levels, managing CRM data reporting, and encouraging positive client reviews.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure all aspects of property management are executed effectively.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management and demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Key attributes include:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools relevant to the role.
- A full UK Driving License.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Industry-recognized qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential.

The Package
This is a full-time, permanent role with the following details:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- 5-day working week.
