The role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients, addressing concerns and offering expert guidance.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks, repair projects, and service agreements to achieve cost-effective, quality results.
  • Develop and monitor service charge budgets, keeping stakeholders informed about financial performance.
  • Arrange and lead AGMs, working closely with Residents' Management Companies (RMCs) and Freeholders.
  • Oversee Section 20 consultations for major works, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing residential leasehold properties.
  • Strong understanding of leasehold regulations, legal frameworks, and best practices.
  • Competence in preparing and managing service charge budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
  • Highly organised and self-directed, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and general IT systems.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits.

Desirable:

  • Professional qualifications, such as TPI accreditation or a willingness to pursue certification.
  • Experience managing large or complex property portfolios, including high-end developments.
  • Prior experience working with RMCs, Freeholders, and other key stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary based on experience.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and support for industry qualifications.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
  • A positive and collaborative team culture.
