We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Property Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers flexibility, including the option for remote work, to support a healthy work-life balance. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.Key Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients, addressing concerns and offering expert guidance.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks, repair projects, and service agreements to achieve cost-effective, quality results.
- Develop and monitor service charge budgets, keeping stakeholders informed about financial performance.
- Arrange and lead AGMs, working closely with Residents' Management Companies (RMCs) and Freeholders.
- Oversee Section 20 consultations for major works, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, legal professionals, and surveyors to deliver efficient property management services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Proven experience managing residential leasehold properties.
- Strong understanding of leasehold regulations, legal frameworks, and best practices.
- Competence in preparing and managing service charge budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Highly organised and self-directed, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software and general IT systems.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
Desirable:
- Professional qualifications, such as TPI accreditation or a willingness to pursue certification.
- Experience managing large or complex property portfolios, including high-end developments.
- Prior experience working with RMCs, Freeholders, and other key stakeholders.
