This newly created role combines responsibilities in executive support, customer service, and property management. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership of varied tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage day-to-day head office operations, including filing (paper and digital), calendar management, meeting arrangements, and handling general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing correspondence.
Customer Management: Act as the first point of contact for tenants, managing queries, fault reports, and service requests via the company help line and ensuring efficient resolution.
Property Oversight: Maintain and monitor a live "works tracker" for ongoing maintenance projects in the West of England properties and serve as the primary contact for tenant issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and experience with digital filing systems.

- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring new processes and efficiencies to the role.
