Our client is currently seeking an experienced concierge to join the team at a luxury development in Marylebone.
The shift pattern will be 4 days on and 4 days off with working hours 7am - 7pm.
Salary: £30,000 per annum


Main duties:
* Acts as a liaison with all resident's ant their guest's via phone, in person, email and any other communication channel.
* Assist each resident during the move-in and move-out process to anticipate any needs they may have during this at times stressful period.
* To be familiar with each of our residents in house, their pets and children ensuring they are addressed by name at all times.
* Receiving and managing all residents' deliveries ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out to residents as required.
* To ensure consistent knowledge of all other service standards or operating procedures and assist the head concierge and the general manager in their implementation ensuring our residential & guest experiences.
* Conduct regular patrols as required and instructed by the Head Concierge
* Provide recommendations to residents on local area attractions and assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing and transport arrangements as requested
* To be familiar with London's fine dining establishments, be on hand to offer bookings and assistance with transportation if needed.
* Tight control of key management and recording of to ensure a safe and secure building at all times.
* Building trusted relationships and strong rapport with the team and the residents.
* To welcome and greet our residents, their guests and visitors.
* To attend departmental training as per the schedule.
* To perform any other duties or projects assigned by the Head Concierge
* Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues ensuring a seamless service.

Requirements:


* Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
* Reliable and timekeeping.
* Immaculate presentation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Experience in the highest level of customer service.
* Be able to demonstrate initiative.


The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
