We are a looking for a Property Director to join a growing property investment and development firm specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and management of high-quality, affordable residential properties across London and the surrounding areas. This exciting residential developer and investor is dedicated to delivering exceptional living spaces, while maintaining a commitment to compliance, integrity, and attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced Property Director to oversee the construction, refurbishment, and compliance of residential properties managed by third-party developers. You will be the go-to person for all property-related matters, ensuring each project meets regulatory standards, local authority requirements, and high quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the residential property market and possess strong project management skills to ensure the successful completion of various development and renovation projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Construction Management, Building Surveying, or a similar field. RICS or CIOB is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years in property surveying, construction management, or a similar role focused on residential properties and HMOs.
  • Expertise in UK building regulations and HMO standards. Previous experience working with Local Authorities is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed reports and engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, with a commitment to ensuring the highest standards in all construction and renovation work.
