A growing Block & Estate Management team is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of RMCs, RTMs, and L&T-managed properties. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multi-skilled firm within the building and property industry, working alongside in-house surveyors, conveyancing coordinators, and service charge accountants.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance and maintenance
- Coordinating with surveyors, contractors, and insurers
- Attending AGMs and resident meetings, with time off in lieu
- Conducting site inspections and preparing reports
- Working with the accounts team on service charge budgets and invoicing
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in block management
- Understanding of leasehold property management
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Willingness to integrate into a supportive, team-focused environment
