- £28,000 per annum
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7pm - 7am)
About you:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in luxury hospitality (hotel or residential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A polished, professional, and personable approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues proactively
- Immaculate presentation and a keen eye for detail
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors
- Handling resident enquiries efficiently and discreetly
- Coordinating deliveries, reservations, and resident services
- Liaising with contractors, security, and housekeeping teams
- Ensuring the smooth running of the lobby and communal areas
- Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
