Property Management 50 Awards 2021
The Property Management 50 now in its 3rd year was created to recognise talent across the leasehold & BTR sectors, our aim is to provide a platform for individuals who positively influence their peers and colleagues around them, whilst always ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to clients and residents.
Open and transparent credibility has always been a big factor that we have prided ourselves on, to ensure the awards are relevant and seen as a worthwhile achievement in the sector. To guarantee the authenticity and credibility of the PM50 we have new judges every year who are both previous winners and are highly regarded by all across the industry.
What we think makes the awards different from most is that we look to recognise individuals from across the whole sector from 6 different categories, so should you be an Assistant Property Manager, Caretaker, Managing Director, Recruiter or Surveyor you can be nominated.

2021 – Winners
It was with great pleasure, that we were able to announce the awards for 2021 earlier this month, and I would personally like to congratulate all the winners on all their hard work and achievements in the past year.
I have always said that being nominated by the people you work with is the greatest recognition of all. We have had more nominations this year than ever before and it is amazing to see the comments and how everyone in the sector is coming together and supporting each other through what has been a troublesome year for most.
